NHL Network drops their top 10 goalies list. Lets fix this…
Connor Hellebuyck – An easy #1 for me and that is no offense to Vasi, the reigning Cup champion goalie. Hellebuyck stood on his head for the Jets and deserves the spot. John Gibson – Easily the best goaltender on the worst team on this list. I really believe he is that good and just needs something in front of him. Darcy Kuemper – Anyone see him against the Avs in the playoffs? Enough said. Andrei Vasilevskiy – This is one that I would love to see in between the pipes for the Sabres for a couple dozens games. Is he that awesome he propels his team up? Or is…

A Deeper Look into the Adidas Reverse Retro Jersey: Boston Bruins
This will be a series where I do a post on each team with where the jersey inspiration came from, what they did, what they could have done better, and how it fits eventually with the full set of pants, socks, helmet, gloves, etc… Boston Bruins (1988, 1990): The Bruins old white jersey, worn by such legends as Ray Bourque and Cam Neely in the 1988 and 1990 Stanley Cup Finals, has been given a yellow remix with the bear head logo shoulder patch. Reveal: Inspiration: They are one of around 30% of the teams that took a jersey from their history and simply moved or “reversed” their colors.…

Adidas Reverse Retro Jerseys Ranked!
Anaheim Ducks – Jersey porn right here! Los Angeles Kings – Colors are so gorgeous. Well done. Buffalo Sabres – Colors are on point. If they did the goat head as the main logo, it would be a top 10 jersey of all time IMO. Get rid of “Buffalo” and the gray stripe on the bottom too. Colorado Avalanche – Very simple and paying respect to the Nordiques. St Louis Blues – An exact reverse retro for them. Well done! Edmonton Oilers – The orange pops so well. Very nice without getting crazy. Minnesota WIld – Colors are sooooo nice. North Stars logo would have been perfect, but I udnerstand…

NHL Network drops their top 20 centers list. Lets fix this…
Nathan MacKinnon – Top dog for me because he proved he can do it with literally anyone on his line. He was missing Rantanen for a large chunk of the season and played serious time with guys like Donskoi, Calvert, and Burakovsky on his line. No surprise these guys all had career years, at least on pace for. Thanks Covid. Connor McDavid – Easily the most valuable player on his team still and it isn’t even close IMO. One on one, hands down the scariest player in the world still. Completing his game in the faceoff department, a slapshot/one-timer, and remotely show up on the defensive end and he’s in…
